There are two ways to file an unemployment insurance (UI) claim. You can:

Call the UI TeleClaim Center to file by telephone, or
Visit a DUA UI Walk-in Center to file your claim in person.

Click here for information on The Medical Security Plan. This is a health insurance program for residents of the Commonwealth who are receiving unemployment insurance benefits. There are two service plans:

Premium Assistance -- provides cash assistance towards existing health insurance premiums
Direct Coverage -- provides a benefits package for those without an option to continue a health insurance plan.
